Here are some pictures from 103's perspective:

I've got match video of the entire finals from SOAP if anyone is interested.

121 was awesome that year and had a sewing machine in the pit (Edit - Elgin beat me on this tidbit /Edit)

Here's a great view of that machine. Notice the hotel room door 121 sign on the robot and the hole our team put in the fabric accidentally during the finals (thank god the ball mechanism wasn't running at the time)

Thanks for the kind words and finding the answer. 2002 was a great season. Also thanks to the mirrors for thier help. We went from one or two the first week to a whopping 10(!) different downloads. Thanks again and if looking for an easter egg watch the credits till the end. (It has to do with CD)

Hey guys, thanks for all the kind words.

Are people interested is this?
American Robot Episode 7 - BAE Regional
American Robot Episode 8 - Championship

If so please let us know. We are now officially receiving assistance from the University of Rhode Island Student Film Association and want to know if we should book them on the trips with us.

Comments really help a lot.

Please tell us what kinds of things you want to see

Thanks

That would be excellent. It would be nice to see how much/what you do in your pit during the competition. It would also be nice to see some actual competition...or at least highlights. And having the student film association helping you must be nice...but now I am expecting more from the productions (ok...I won't expect more, but it would be nice). Keep up the good work.

Definitely. Can I also suggest making the videos a little over 20 minutes? That gives you room for commercials for a half hour show.

Re: American Robot Episode 2

This sounds like a great idea.
I hope that any DVDs you might make will be available to teams that can't get to Nats .

Good luck to Rhode Warriors and all other competing FIRST teams with Triple Play

Re: American Robot Episode 2

It seems that Epsiode 2 seemed to find its way into a classroom at New England Tech today. Luckily one of our team members goes there and was able to talk to the professor who showed it. The team member had nothing to do with it, but the professor is very excited now about our college club and is thinking of starting a club there, or help us out financially seeing as how we do not recieve much money at all from URI. This is very exciting for us in the club and we will be sharing our successes with everyone!

(I can't even fathom how cool this is!)

That really is cool. Cool enough to get me to post for the first time. I guess I should get around to joining this club.
