I think it depends on your definition of up. Currently, both regionals are broadcasting a message that says
"The robotics competition will be availible from: St. Louis 07:00 to 15:00 So. Cal. 09:00 to 17:00 Pacific Standard Time" |

This way you will be bale to see the Webcast at a later time.
