Coefficient of friction of tetra
Can anyone please tell me the coefficient of friction from the tetra to the carpet (both mu_S and mu_k please)? Your help is greatly appreciated.

get a force meter (mechanical bathroom scales will work too.....) measure force at the moment it starts to move.... Fmax=mu_s*N so: mu_s=Fmax/N and once it's moving: mu_k=Fmax/N theorecticly you should get two different values, but i don't think you could notice the difference.... -Leav |
