BUILD\MAKE ERROR please Help!
When trying to use the Build All tool or the Make tool in the MPLAB IDE i get an error in the output window under the build tab that says
Clean: Deleting intermediary and output files. Clean: Done. Couldn't locate build tool. Check tool locations. BUILD FAILED: Tue Feb 15 20:39:15 2005 I have reinstalled MPLAB i now have the newest vversion freshly installed still no change. If anyone has any idea as to whats wrong please help. Thanks |

Have you gotten the most recent version of the compiler and made sure that it had the proper options set when installing it? There were a bunch of choices about making it your default compiler and if you did not check them all off then MPLAB may not be able to find the compiler at all.
