Bill Of Materials - Format Question
Due to a misunderstanding in the team, the BOM needed for the robot inspection is not in order. I have never done the BOM before, does anyone have any examples they could show me? I have searched the White pages and the FIRST website, but am still unclear. Do I need to include Kit parts?

well for the BOM it is only the list of materials you buy to build your robot. do not include the kit of parts.
i did the BOM for my team last year. I simply used excel and did a columns as follows- part description, number of pieces, cost per piece, final cost of pieces if you need help or have any more questions pm me and I'll be gladly to help. I'm doing it for my team again this year.
