Adobe bought Macromedia

I was looking at Google news today and saw that Adobe bought Macromedia.

What do you think of that? What do you think will happen to various "redundant" Macromedia products? (such as Fireworks)

Wow, I hadn't heard that. That will be interesting to see if they keep their separate product lines.

can you say monopoly? There's a reason every time some computer nerd uploads a modfied picture others say "photoshopped!" instead of "painted!"

yah, i dunno wats gonna happen to stuff like fireworks, hopefully they just keep it goin, as if they were 2 seperate companies....hopefilly
