It will be held at the All Star Music Hotel... Im guessing Wednesday or Thursday but we havent decided yet

Please fill out the form completly and return it with a saved file name in this format "team***.doc" (where *** is your team number). There are two emails to return the completed form to, you can pick which one you want.
