Well, a moonsault is a clean backflip off the top rope. A Shooting Star Press is essentially the same, except they are facing forward.

So a Shooting Star Press is a backflip from the top rope, but they are facing the opponent. If pulled off correctly, it looks really cool.

yeah, and if theyre running through neighbors yards, like they always do in the movies, then theyre sorta doing hurdles cuz of fences.
