DVD release to Copy Letter?

Can someone help me out? FIRST sent out a DVD to the teams this year and there was a letter with the DVD that said we could copy it. I lost my letter. Can some one scan that letter in JPG or PDF and e-mail it to me at chris@teamthrust.us? Thanks!
