FF BAE regional

Starting off the FF for the new year (Billfred get the award for making the first FF of the season), this is the FF for the BAE regional that takes place on
March 2nd.

THE RULES:
1. Team choices must be made in a timely manner (drafting dates will be announced in a couple weeks)
2. All trades go through me or an assistant (taking volunteers)


Because it has been difficult in the past to get the list of all the award info in a timely manner, the scoring system has been shortened a bit.
