Last year we ended up with about 20 students and 4 mentor types. I struggled trying to find enough for even 10 students to do at a time.
This year we have about 8 mentors, and at last count, 50 students signed up. Still having growing pains. What do you do with that MANY students? |

In the first few years we only had about 8 or 9, then about 20. @ years ago our team doubled in size with in the incoming freshmen:20 freshies: 20 veterans. It was insane, we're getting used to a larger team. This year we had 46 pre-build, so it should be ok. We only bring 18 to competitons. At nats it was 7 in the pits, 6 scouting, and 3 volunteering, and 2 video taping or running errands. It was perfect.
