Re: 2006 Finger Lakes Regional

Just something that I saw happen finally after being told about.

Who saw that the green light was off during automode? Just wondering if any where else had this similar problem?

Re: 2006 Finger Lakes Regional

Yup, a match from yesterday was REPLAYED today. I don't ever recall a match being replayed at any regional that I've been to. I wonder what went into getting that replay for the teams?

Re: 2006 Finger Lakes Regional

Does anyone know why my alliance had our numbers up during finals? It looked like we made it all the way to the finals. Team 191 was where our number was so that looked really off having X-Cats with our number.

Re: 2006 Finger Lakes Regional

Well, I was there........and I had loads of fun, too bad it's my senior year though. In fact, I loved it so much, I think I will be coming back as an advisor next year, just to annoy the current advisors. MWAHAHA!

By the way, thanks to X-Cats and Circuit Stompers. You guys really helped us out! Congrats to all of the award winners.

Re: 2006 Finger Lakes Regional

I have to say "Great job, and thanks for bringing another fun and challenging FLR!"

I didn't find the finals as tense this year, compared to last year, but that's probably because it wasn't 1507 in there. However, I'll say, I was quite impressed with a good number of the bots you guys brought, and I wish you the best in future events.

Some big congratulations are in order for 191, 250, 211, 1126, 229, 1567 and 340 for their exceptional work!

Thanks for posting those awards. I was about to ask if anyone won the WFA and Chairman's award as they were not posted on the FIRST site with all the other awards.

Re: 2006 Finger Lakes Regional

What an amazing regional and last few final matches!

Ed, i was really scared that last match. We would have lost the match if we didn't get on the ramp by 1 point.

The atmosphere was great the whole time i was there and it stepped up in the last day with the eliminating rounds taking place. It is now my favorite place taking the spot away from buckeye.
