Safety
Do you think there will be some sort of a mesh screening around the field to prevent balls from flying into the crowd?
I know there is a limit on muzzle velocity, but a malfunction could occur. A bot may get hit and change position while shooting. |

at the very first regionals, probably not (Unless the GDC has done testing and determined they're necessary) If someone gets hurt, they may put ones up for the remaining regionals, but i doubt it. They don't hurt (even when fired faster than 12 m/s) and it'd be like baseball. With everyone watching the game, I doubt they'd miss a wayward ball
