Our team needs help puting together the camera. Is there any instructions or websites with instructions to help us?

Note that those instructions mean that you will have an upside-down image on your camera. This is perfectly acceptable if you're using the example camera code from www.kevin.org/frc/ That code expects the camera to be upside down anyway, so it's ok. Just warning you to expect an upside down image when you talk to the camera in labview.
