I know that the pneumatic solenoid which was provided in the kit is legal. But, are we allowed to use an electromagnetic solenoid legally on a FIRST robot? I'm just a little nervous about it being legal or not, since we ran into a problem with an electrical/electronic component which the judges deemed illegal last year, resulting in time being wasted at the competition.
I apologize if someone already posted this, but I wasn't able to find it. Thanks a bunch! ![]() |
