No lights on camera

The camera had the lights on it, and we had just trouble shot it so it would follow the target. The lights on the camera went out and we haven't been able to power anything on the camera. We tried charging and checking batteries, reseting the electronics, reloading code and rebuilding the electronics on the camera. None of these worked and the camera is still dead.
If anyone knows what is wrong it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
