Control Problem

We just finished the robot we are using 2 cim motors for each transmission, i conected the first speed controller to pwm 1 and the other to 3 and only one side works i tried many configuration connecting the pwm cables.
the side that doesnt work turns green sometimes on the speed controller.
any ideas do i have to load the default coode

If the light goes green but the motor does not try to spin at all, chances are good you either have a loose wire between the controller and motor or have a dead speed controller (blown FET, etc).
