reverse of motors NOT working please help

Our team is using the standard two motor LARGE cim setup with the kitbot tranny. Our robot drives forward fine, drives backwars fine. When we go to spin around or do a 180 (one motor going forward the other backwards, we have a ton of resistance.) We are using the standard two joystick method for the controls. The drive train doesnt seem tight at all, its only a problem when we are running the motors in opposite directions... Any suggestions??

thanks

STILLIE
