Is there any way to send the chairman's award to nasa BESIDES the Chairman award through FIRST?

All teams receiving NASA grants must e-mail a copy of their Chairman's Award submission to Seth Carter (sjcarter@mail.arc.nasa.gov) to meet their grant requirements. If the team did not submit a formal Chairman's Award through firstawards.org, they can (and should) still just e-mail the equivalent narrative to Seth.
