It makes sence if "you are not the intended recipient of this cake", you shouldn't be eating, reading, singing, disclosing or copying it, or distributing this cake or its message. I guess I would be pretty upset if someone was signing about my cake or distributing it. I don't think I would contact a lawyer about it though.
