Autodesk Visualization Award Update

Greetings Teams:

Please read the following message from Autodesk:

********************************

Teams will only be able to vote for the animations in the regional event(s) your team was registered to attend as of January 17, 2006. This list was provided to us by FIRST. We have made every effort to accommodate any changes to the regional event schedule made after January 17. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate all changes.

URGENT:
Please check your animation after posting on Streamline. We have noticed quite a few animations are corrupt or have a zero file size. Log out and then log back in and check your animation!

ONLINE VOTING PROCESS

You will need to review the animations on Autodesk Streamline prior to casting your online vote. There is only one vote per team. Detailed instructions on how to access the online voting site will be emailed to the teacher listed on your entry form; if that information was omitted or illegible your team may not be qualified to vote. Online voting will begin approximately February 27. Your teacher will be notified of the exact date.

All voting must be completed by 5:00 pm (PST) on the Thursday of each regional event. Votes cast after that time may not be considered.

Thank you for understanding.

If you have any questions please contact us at kelly.stanphill@autodesk.com
