Festo Single solenoid

Quick question for you pneumatic wizards out there. Anyone have an idea how to wire a Festo single solenoid? The directions that are supposed to be in the box aren't and we're ruminating over how to wire the beast into the entire system.
Any assistance appreciated.

Re: Festo Single solenoid

The basic idea for single solenoids is that you hook the red wire to the M+ side of a spike and ground to the other side. Run the spike forward, and the solenoid will activate. Don't run it backward.

Re: Festo Single solenoid

Thanks Steve. Does the red/white wires come out of the black attachment point on the top of the solenoid? We can't seem to find any other way of wiring the beast.

Andy,

Thanks loads. We never did get the solenoid wired and I looked at Festo for hours. We'll get it done at competition.
