1596's completed bot

We've completed our robot and shipped it out. A few tears were shed, but we've got a second one to play with.

I've uploaded a high res pic to our server.

We took major pains to balance it perfectly...at 3AM. It runs like silk. Much improved over our prototype design. The front end almost bounced off the ground when we gave the motor full power.

Re: 1596's completed bot

You are correct. The other omni is in the diagonal rear. We have not had that much time to test it, but it seems like it drives really well and makes it up the ramp very easy. With out a lot of testing we don't know if we can be pushed sideway very easily, but that is the reason we did this. Thanks for all of your comments. Hope to see you a Great Lakes, Waterloo, and Nationals.
