Can we still go?

I just have one question regarding signing up for nationals.

My team (114) has had a very successful year thusfar (2 delphi awards, 2 animation awards, PNW finalists, and 10-0 in Q's at SVR), and we our really proud of what we have achieved this year. Personally I believe our robot is more mechanically sound and advanced programming-wise than any previous year in our teams history. We still have one more regional to attend (Davis) and I wanted to know if there was any chance we could still register for the championships without having to win the Davis competition. I know its kinda late, and we're on the first tier of the Championship eligibility list, but i just wanted to know if they left some spots open for late decisions. We would really love to attend Nat's and face off with the big teams from around the world, and I hope we're not too late.
