Re: Team 85 BOB Video BMR

When I first saw this video yesterday, they had called from a different part of the school. All I herd from Hilda was, "they said turn on the TV and turn to channel 3." Then we saw the video. That was great, really loved it.

I watched your video, and it reminded me of something...

Did anyone on your team get a chance to see our logo on the side of our robot?

Re: Team 85 BOB Video BMR

That is simply amazing. It blows my mind how you have 4 small CIM and 2 big CIM running your drive train, yet with the globe and window motors you can still do so much so efficiently.

We were not at BMR, but at GLR we had one of the Tean 85 shop rags attached to the front of our robot the whole time in memory of Steve. Team 85 (BOB) is our mentor team and Steve was the one who got us going in FIRST. We miss him too. We were so happy you did so well at BMR. We hope to come up to see you in Grand Rapids.

Re: Team 85 BOB Video BMR

at the Midwest, Holland Christian's idea, we had little "In memory of Steve Yasick" things we put on our robots. I know that Us, Holland, and Holland Christian put them on, but I can't remember the other teams.

Yes I noticed it and pointed it out to several members of the team as we passed your trailer and am also showing the picture around. I've been meaning to thank you. It was cool to see you honor 254's loss as well. To have great team do this on one of the best and prettiest robots anywhere is humbling.

Re: Team 85 BOB Video BMR

Well goody. Time flies so fast at a regional, it's hard to get to know anyone it seems. We are very sorry for your team's loss. It was the least we could do.
