Go to Post In real life, I use almost nothing I learned from football except that with a bit of hard work you can get somewhere. Oh, and I have bad knees on top of that. I could have (and wished I would have) learned that from a FIRST FRC team instead. - JesseK [more]

What countries do you think will enroll in the FIRST 2003 Season.

Peronally, I wouldn't mind Italy enrolling into FIRST. They are the one country that doesn't draw any attention to itself. IF they get a team going they would sit nicely right next to Brazil, Great Britian, Canada, and of course us.

If you could choose one country to help get started in creating a FIRST Team which would it be?

i wouldn't be surprised if china or japan would start teams. i've also heard rumors about germany starting a team. those are all hi-tech countries. seems like a natural thing for them to get involved in

Thumbs up I think...

I think that Denmark will soon have a team becasue 2001 year we had a foriegn exchange student join our team when he left he brought a FIRST packet to start a team he also got the CEO of our sponsor BAE SYSTEMS to call a friend who is a CEO in Denmark some where. Possibly 2003, Definetly 2004

Do you think there is any chance of a Middle East team in the future?

Hehe, a Japanese team...
I'm sure they'd be interested in a robot competition. Also, learning English is mandatory in Japan so the language barrier wouldn't be much a problem.

I want an Aussie Team!!! I want to see what Australian stereotype the first robot will be named!!
Will it be the Kanga-Bot, or The Great Barrier-Bot or The Down Under Robo-Blunder.... There are just too many good names for Aussie Robots!!!
