Couldn't you just come up with a math equation adding to any number though? For instance, I could have 500+50+5=555!!! on my shirt, but I don't know that it would be regarded as very clever... I haven't seen 931's shirt that I can remember though, I'm sure it is much better than what I came up with

If I remember right 931 is <edit: nevermind, I guess I don't remember right! (see below)>, and the logo on their shirt involved some sort of sum in sigma notation. I don't know exactly what it was either though.

Well when I was a student on a team I thought our team name was very clever... "Club Sandwich". You see... the team comes from Sandwich Secondary School. To be honest we didn't really use it much in cheers or anything... it was just a fun name. This year they went through an absolute ton of restructuring and thought it was appropriate to come up with a new name, the "Sabre Bytes" - the school's sports teams are the "Sabres", and our mascot that has been used since 2002 is "Erbas" (Sabre.. spelled backwards! ) and it's just the same one that is used at sports events and pep rallies and such (very smelly...).

Hopefully they are done changing the team's name since the new shirts were so expensive (but they are really nice I must say).

Our team is one digit off (766), so maybe someone could work that out.

this year we had the announcers announce us as the Mah Bears, like in the SNL skit with Daaaahhh Bears. the reason it is Mah bears because our school is the M-A Bears

Team 1676 are the Pi-oneers. I actually know the story behind the name. It's really interesting. Most of them wish their number was 314 or something similar. Nowhere near it but, hey, they still have a cool name and mascot! (At least I think so.)

Well, apparently the team is made up or was made up of two different teams, and the school mascots were cowboys and indians, and they were trying to find a name that would mesh the two. And one of the kids suggested pioneers. How it got to Pi-oneers, I don't think I was told that part/remember. lol Sorry. But yes, and sorry, and Pi-oneers for tellnig your story but I think that it is AWESOME!

45 now uses a new 45 logo this year, I guess you can call the logo "iron cross 45's" its new this year....look for it on our hats, shirts and robot in Atlanta!
