FIRST Lego Information

I looked all through the FIRST website and i cant find anywhere when FLL started. Can anyone help me. Point me in the right direction

According to documents in the FLL Resource Center, the Pilot Year was in 1998. Here is the link to the Challenge History, where I found the information. Like the FRC Resource Center, there is alot of helpful information that can be found there. Hope this helps you out.

[EDIT]The first Challenge was in 1999, and was called First Contact.
