Bearing Flangette Specs

Does anyone know the technical specifications of the standard bearing flangettes (retainers) used in FIRST?

I need the width of the retainer and the spacing of the mouting holdes to draw it up in CAD, So we know how big of a hole we need to cut in the chassis for it to fit and screw into.

Thanks.
