Post SolidWorks sldprt file problem

Lately I have an issue with 2004 SolidWorks .sldprt file loading. I create a part as usually and save it. Later on when I want to load it back, I get an error "unrecognized sldprt file format" . eDrawings will issue the error message "Unhandled exception" and "Error reading file". This is happening on more than one file! Other .sldprt files behave properly, . This is quite frustrating. Is there anyone who have experienced similar issues or knows about this? Thanx.
