[OCCRA]: Torque Bars

Is it legal to by pushing on the torque bars at the end of the match to gain the tilt advantage...because that seems like the only way to do it other than having more balls?

This has been answered. I will review this point:
A robot may NOT be touching the torque bars at the end of the match.
