National Underwater Robotics Challenge

There is a new challenge for you FIRST teams out there.

Check it out, though keep in mind, that the website will not be officially kicked off until Oct. 30. So comments to help us improve the site would be greatly appreciated. We want as many FIRST teams as possible to participate!! You can contact us through the website. We are planning a press conference on the 30th of Oct! All the FIRST teams have most of the stuff to make the ROVs anyway why not jump in and compete in a new medium. Entry fee is just $250 and its going to be held June 8-10 2007.Check it out!!

Re: National Underwater Robotics Challenge

This summer, we actually built an underwater robot just for the heck of it. We even mounted a security camera on it. It was very fun, plus we got to go swimming in like 50* water...
