Pettite pitched the Astros into the world series last yr (w/ some help) and Lilly and the A's are facing the Detroot Toogers (as Costello would say 'He's with the Detroot Toogers and plays shortstoop.)

I don't care who wins at this point. I'm with Sean on this. Biggest postseason win for me - Orioles nab a top pitcher and the Cabrera/Bedard/Lopez core blossoms and the O's actually get rid of Bruce Chen and get really good bullpen help (outside of Chris Ray). I secretly hope they pull off a deal to bring The Moose back to Baltimore.

I was on break at work when they won game four, and I was watching the last minutes in the electronics section. A small applause broke out, which was really great, and then it was back to work for me.

I wonder how many fans the yankees will really have once they don't win a world series for 20 years... 80 even?

The teams I will always root for are the Sox, the Cardinals, and any team that beats the Yankees (unless they're the Devil Rays or the Marlins, in which case I feel sorry for the Yankees ).
