What is your least favorite thread
I thought this might be fun. Sorry if this has been posted before
or if there was a least favorite thread forum that I missed. ![]() |

Re: What is you least favorite thread
My 10 least favorite threads have all been deleted by the great moderators here on CD.
(I would list some, but it would cause some controversy with them being brought back up.) |

Re: What is your least favorite thread
My least favorite threads are ones that cause controversy and arguments over stupid subjects that it seems like the OP didn't think about the topic first. But that is my personal opinion. It just seems like people have been getting more and more bored with the kind of threads that have been on here recently.

OK that was lame...but in all seriousness my least favorite thread is the kind where you smack your head and say, "Why didn't s/he read the manual?" JBot |

Re: What is you least favorite thread
These aren't necessarily always threads, sometimes, they are just photos for WAI or for extra discussion but can be turned into threads.
I don't always understand the choice of photos. CD is a tolerant and supportive community with the focus on helping students develop as young professionals in the areas of science and technology. I am always delighted to see photos that portray students in this light. (Those photos make me want to cheer real loud.) Sometimes I get confused and somewhat dismayed with some of the photos that don't place the subject in the best light. Last edited by JaneYoung : 19-10-2006 at 18:55. Reason: typo |

Re: What is you least favorite thread
At the moment I would have to say the 1 to 1,000 thread. It just didn't die long after it should have.

Re: What is you least favorite thread
One part of me says caption contest threads that don't go to page three--because it seems to me like I picked a bum caption.
On the other hand, another part of me says caption contest threads that do go to page three--because then I have to judge three pages of captions! ![]() |

Re: What is you least favorite thread
I have to second Morgan on the 1 to 1,000 thread. I also really dislike threads where people repost something and, even when someone posts a link to the other thread, discussion continues in the newer one.
