Thanks guys (KathieK and Skimoose) - if we ever did something like that, I think our 'materials' packing list would have to include boots, parkas, warm gloves, and hot chocolate.

if you get cold real easily or arent used to the cold then long underwear, i spent my snow days in shorts and a short sleeve tshirt, except when i was shoveling snow, i would have worn shorts except the snow was almost up to my knee

i live in ohio and we got like 2-3 inches of snow but skool defently wasnt closedi wish it was tho lol

Any time your team wants another teambuilding exercise, they can come up north and shovel together... I'm sure there are lots of northern mentors who will be glad to facilitate a session for you!
