Re: 2007 Buckeye Regional

Buckeye is going to be one of the best regionals on display this year!
Not only are there alot of award winning robots and teams on displaybut many of them are doing their second regional so they are battle tested and ready for action (instead of spending all practice day in the pits getting fixed or trying to pass inspection). THe Eliminations should be a particular treat!

I will be recording all the action this weekend and hand it over to Ellery to edit. He's a pretty busy guy with school and all so that he's taking what little time he has to edit all these videos for you guys ought to get a collective Attaboy form the whole lot of you!

Hey I'd like to get one of them CD's when they done. Thanks to recording it!

I'm sad I won't be there for Buckeye because it is looking like its going to be an incredible year for it. So many good teams, and quite a few too. One short of 60.

Thank you sooo much for recording and thanks to Ellery who will be editing it all. I can't believe they negated the webcast. Makes me sad.

Is this going to be another GLR or better? Considering GLR was pretty thrilling on its own... nonetheless, I am anxious.

Re: 2007 Buckeye Regional

We've got a computer that we can digitize the feed if here at the Buckeye Event. Does anyone have a server that we could stream to with enough Bandwidth to host the viewing demand???

Re: 2007 Buckeye Regional

Wow just wow.
537, thanks for picking both Martian teams. We loved playing with you guys. We played great up until the end. If anyone wants to see a cool autonomous mode, watch any of the matches that the three of us played, our turreted arms all rotated at the same time. Sparx and The Thunder Hawks, you guys are both great hangers, and 1528 was a good ramp as well. Congrats to the winners, CIA has a great hanger but what else would you expect, Delphi Elite is an AMAZING defensive robot with great ramps, and 379 played smart D and got up ramps easy. The playoffs were really good.

I second that comment... But I must say, you do not know fear until you are against them and see a Martian holding a spoiler, with 20 seconds on the clock, with the rack covered in a dense collection of red and blue. I'm gonna have nightmares about that! You guys were awesome, there was nobody else in the place that could manipulate as well as you two!

Thanks for the kind words Dan. It was a pretty site watching those three robots arms fire up in unison. Hope someone can post video on this.

Thank you Team 537 for picking us and our sister team 494.

Congratulations to the winning alliance of 291, 48 and 379.

Coolest-looking autonomous I've seen all year, and there weren't even any keepers involved.
