Pneumatics Specs

I have searched and searched but I cannot find any spec sheets on the weights of the linear actuators, specifically the 2" bore 12" and 24" throw cylinders.

Never mind, found it myself. Just in case anyone wants to know, the weights can be found from the bimba catalogue here: http://www.bimba.com/pdf/catalogs/FL...ne.pdf#page=10
Just scroll down until you find the the number of the cylinder family that matches the one you want.

The different bore sizes and corresponding product numbers are:
3/4" 04 - x - DP
1 1/2" 17 - x - DP
2" 31 - x - DXP

x being the desired stroke size.

Nice link! Thanks!

For reference, those weights are:

3/4" (04-x-DP) - Base = 0.21, Add 0.03 per inch of stroke
1/5" (17-x-DP) - Base = 0.73, Add 0.08 per inch of stoke
2" (31-x-DXP) - Base = 1.62, Add 0.15 per inch of stroke

(Is that in lbs???)

LIST PRICES - Also for reference, from the same doc (2007 prices?)

3/4" = $19.20 + $1.50/inch, Add $9.15 for mag option
1/5" = $34.95 + $2.35/inch, Add $13.75 for mag option
2" = $59.00 + $2.65/inch, Add $16.00 for mag option

(I don't know if this includes: clevis, mounting bracket, or mag switches...
...Anyone else want to search for those and add to this thread?)

MAG OPTION:

Also, it says to add the following lengths when you get the mag option:
"... For [one we don't use and] 1.5", Add 0.125"; All others add 0.250" [which seems to be 3/4" and 2"..."

Now it doesn't make sense that the 3/4 would be made incrementally longer
than the 1.5" would, but I guess it could be true... Can someone please
check that out and comment? Thanks!

I hope this helps someone!
