Nothing akin to that (still curious to what it is), but earlier this year I had 39 spontaneously blow up in an assembly (easily fixable, but still). I think in 2005 with the 294 tetra grabber with gripping flexibility, I once had 75+ go at once. Note all of the circular faces (including some very weird tangent contraints to get the gripper cylinder working, the inside face of that is also circular).

We had this cut out on the conveyer plate on last year's robot. We had a custom finishers company cut it out for us (one of the mentors works with them)
