3D Studio Material Library

Hey all!

We're having a problem right now with materials for objects in 3DS... mainly that we don't have any.

We've figured out how to use bitmaps to make a new material... but I was hoping that someone might have some 3DS materials that were already made that we might be able to use.

Thanks in advance.

Cool Re: 3D Studio Material Library

We ran into that problem too.
What we found out is that when your at the " go get material" page, to go down on the left side of the screen and click open and there through amounts of browsing, you will find the materials.

Hope i helped!

Re: 3D Studio Material Library

3dtotal have some great tutorials about texturization. look at3dTotal

The max help is really handsome, too. But there are many sites that provide free textures...Look for some that aren't copyrighted, but i recommend that you build your own material tree, since you get experience =)

Good luck.
