Andy Mark AM servo shifter (GEN 2)

This year for our transmitions we decided to go with the Andy Mark AM servo shifter (gen 2). After searching the Andy Mark website (www.andymark.biz) we found schematics of the transmition and motors. However it does not give exact specification for how everything is attached with all the nuts, bolts, and washers it gives us. Am i just crazy and missed the file (3 times)? So basically is there a instruction manual for exactly installing the motors? and if so where is it?
