Victor and Spike on-resistance

Does anyone know the on-resistance for the victor 884 H bridge and the spike?

I am trying to calculate the derated voltage to the motors under high current.

Along the same lines, I am trying to find information on battery internal resistance as a function of charge state. I know it is 10 m ohms to start (full charge). What is it at say half charge?

Regards
Frank
