Buying steel #25 sprockets

I'm looking for steel, flat, #25 pitch sprockets in 48 and 70/72 tooth.

Mcmaster only has these with hubs. I need them to be flat so because they will be welded onto a tube. We can buy the hubed ones and machine them off, rebore them and try to find a way to weld the hardened steel, but I would rather just buy the right thing in the first place...

so... where should I look?
