Driver Question for stacking

We were talking today and we have come to the conclusion that during a match we if we are driving on another robot we would give that robot's driver the option to drive our robot on to their robot. This is only because we think that if people were driving on us we are scared that they may hit our fork lift system and break it. I have not found anything against this in the rules, what do you guys think about it?
