The EDM wire machine has very situational uses, considering it can only cut profiles, however for this situation it worked out very well. The bulk of our machining is done on a 3-axis CNC mill.

Definitly reminds me of the car tires that spin after the wheels stop moving. Very shiney. How long did it take you guys take to make it? With what did you make it with?
