Sorry, the choppy-ness should be gone now. I had to run some tests on the computer that is streaming. It bumped up the CPU usage and we started to drop frames. It should be better now.

Probably your computer. The NJ webcast works fine in Media Player Classic 6.4.9.0 using the following codecs:

Video: Windows Media Video 9 320x240 [Out]
Audio: Windows Media Audio 44100Hz mono 48Kbps [Out]

VLC sometimes takes several seconds (under a minute), to process the video feed because it does not have very ideal Windows Media Codecs built in.
