most are missing, and many have some kind of encoding issue (causing them to be upside down or green), but several work

Give it time... Its only been a couple days after the first regionals. It takes a while to splice through two days of video... trust me I've been doing it...

look at this thread, we are trying to organize all the regionals to be recorded and split up. Its a tough task, and Joel has done a great job so far rallying everyone to record all the matches.
