What is your favorite team name and why?
Personally, my favorite team name has to be the Pascack Pi-oneers.
Not only does the name have pi in it, but the best part is the fact that it has a reference to Pascal, the great mathematician that discovered pi(I think). |

Re: What is your favorite team name and why?
Going a little old-school here: Team 73 - Tigerbolt
I know they haven't been called that in years, but Tigerbolt is the single best name ever. I mean, you take two really cool things (in this case, big cats and lightning), and make a single word out of them that not only flows off the tongue very well, but also sounds like you're in it to win. How is that not awesome? |

I like many many many of the team names.
The one that jumped out today is the Cyber Wolves - Team 647 - The Cyber Wolf Corps I think - a. because we just finished competing at Lone Star Regional this weekend and I got to see their wonderful robotic wolf design on their tee shirts and b. it is a good fit for them It is a good name. Re: What is your favorite team name and why?
I don't know who team 1337 is [or if there even is one], but if I did I would love their name
Hmm "TechnoKats" is pretty cool, so is "Winnovation." And of course, you can't beat "ThunderChickens" |

FRC-254 Cheesy Poofs -- Who doesn't love the Poofs' name?
FRC-1726 Nifty Engineering Robotics Design Squad -- Nothing like a Backronym (the acronym is NERDS btw) FRC-45 TechnoKats -- It just sounds cool. FRC-840 Aragon Robotics Team -- Makes their team sound middle-earth-ish. |
