**FIRST EMAIL**/Bronze Participation Medallions

Greetings Teams:

Some of you did not pick up your bronze participation medallions at your first Regional Event. If you are one of these teams and are interested in receiving your 25 participation medallions* please email frcteams@usfirst.org requesting your medallions. In this email, please:

• include your Team Number in the subject line (Team XXX - Bronze Medallions);
• confirm your FedEx or UPS account number in the TIMS is valid. Teams are responsible for all shipping costs. If you do not have a FedEX or UPS account number, you may pay with a credit card. Call 1.800.871.8326 x 120 with your credit card information. Please note medallions that ship via credit card cannot ship via FedEx ground. The least expensive way to ship them will be FedEx 3-day.
• provide the address to which you would like them shipped if different than your Shipping Contact's Address in TIMS. Otherwise, the medallions will ship to the Shipping Contact's Address.

*Important: Teams that received one of the following awards at a Regional Event or the Championship: Regional Chairman's Award, Regional Winner, Regional Finalist, Engineering Inspiration Award do not receive bronze medallions.

All requests should be submitted by Friday, May 11th 5:00 pm EDT.
