We have 30 participating teams from all over the west coast competing at CalGames on October 13th!

All volunteers and members of teams helping us with a volunteer deposit time slot needs to downloading this release form and hand it in before begin working.

IX. Pre-pay meals for concession

The Woodside Folks only want one form returned for each team if they plan to pre-order.

The concession will have some breakfast items available Saturday morning - coffee, tea, hot cocoa, orange juice in addition to some assorted breakfast type food and they will also have cookies and candy available during lunch into the afternoon - but those are not on the pre-order menu. They decided to keep it VERY simple - all meals are $5 and include at least a drink.

For any faxed orders please include a copy of your check and make sure to bring the check with you when arriving at Woodside HS. Bring the check to either Arlene Kolber, Sharon Greer, or Susan Dubrow at the Concession.


Aside from being our host, the Woodside Folks have worked really hard to make food available to teams, volunteers, and spectators. Please support them and make life easier by pre-ordering your meal.
