Transmisson?

Anyone have schematics for a 3-speed transmission made out of a cordless drill?

Re: Transmisson?

We used the white paper as a reference to use the Dewalts in 2006. They worked fine. We even used a single Dewalt trans with two CIM motors on the input side. We built a custom dual motor mount and 3:1 reduction gears that fed into the single Dewalt trans that we shifted with the servos in the KOP. It was a pretty good system. The beauty of the Dewalt trans is that it is very light, especially compared to last year's Banebot trans.

Our team is doing something similar to this. Do you have any pictures you can post, or any tips on making this work. Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks
